The Takeishi/Loder duo has performed in Concert and for special events frequently for the past year. Angela Takeishi is a concert pianist of Japanese ancestry, and the disciple of the great Japanese Master Pianist, Yoshiko Shika. Her first concerts were given before the age of ten, and she now plays both a full concert repertoire and American classic.

Lawrence String Groups has provided classical music for hundreds of weddings, receptions & corporate events in Northern California and the Wine Country for the past nine years. They work with numerous string quartets, trios & other instrumental groups

Since 1977, Michelle Sell plays well of the average of 150-200 professional engagements per year. She has performed for the Queen and King of Thailand, the Grand Duke and Duchess of Luxembourg, former President Jimmy Carter, Academy Award winning director Francis Ford Coppola, rock star Sammy Hagar, and former SF 49'er quarterback Steve Young.

Daniel Maya grew up in Hollywood, where he was introduced to Classical and Flamenco guitar by the Romero family, and studied Flamenco guitar with the Spanish gypsy Jeronimo Villarino and Classical guitar with Frederick Noad. After a few years of playing rock and blues guitar in San Francisco, he moved to Sevilla, Spain, where he lived and trained with a family of gypsy Flamenco performers from the famous Amaya family of Moron, Spain. While in Spain, he studied with Pedro Bacan, Paco del Gastor, and Jose Tomas, among others.

Eric Symons is the prodigy of renowned guitarists Celedonio and Angel Romero. Eric now performs intertnationally with the latter and as a soloist in venues such as the Ford Center for the Performing Arts in Toronto (2001), the Seoul Center ofr the Performing Arts (2001), Copia, the American Center for Foood Win and the Arts, (2002). He was a headliner at the opening of Expo '92 in Seville where he received critical acclaim from Spanish press "An American who is a true master of our music." Proclaimed Radio Sevilla of his opening Expo '92 performance.

Garden Strings has been performing together for weddings and parties for over 15 years! Our group first formed when we were students at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Since those days, we have accumulated a vast repertoire of music and gained a lot of experience helping brides create just the right ambiance and style for their wedding

Anna Maria Mendieta comes from an artistic and musical family. She began studying the harp at the age of seven at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and received a Bachelors Degree in Music from the College of Notre Dame, Belmont, California, where she now serves on the faculty. Anna Maria was thrilled to perform special concerts for such international dignitaries as President Gorbachev, and the King and Queen of Spain. She was also invited to play for President Clinton. She has appeared on television and in motion pictures and has performed for national radio. Anna Maria Mendieta has enjoyed playing for such celebrities as Francis Ford Copola, George Lucas, Ron Howard, and Lindsay Wagner just to name a few.

Bertina Mitchell performs with the Napa Valley Symphony, the Marin Symphony and the San Jose Symphony. She is principal harpist at the Mendocino Music Festival. In addition to teaching harp privately and giving solo recitals, Mrs. Mitchell performs often at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in San Francisco.

is a widely acclaimed guitarist. His music consists of solo guitar in varied styles such as classical, Latin American, Spanish and jazz.

A lover of Latin and Flamenco music, David also performs in a trio called "Allegro Picante", with guitarist Eric Symons and 'Cellist Mike Knapp. Allegro Picante has performed as a headliner at the Napa Valley Wine Auction, "Merlot in the Valley", and recently appeared at the Grand Opening of COPIA.

Cynthia has performed extensively for private clubs, hotels and business events, as well as weddings and personal celebrations. A recording artist and concert soloist, Cynthia has also performed during Mikhail Gorbachev's historic visit to the USA, as a soloist in Germany, and for various American TV stations.

More than a performer, Cynthia has degrees in Music Education and Music therapy from the University of Minnesota, and teaches piano and harp when not performing. She maintains her interest in music therapy with one-on-one sessions.

Legendary Marin guitarist Em K began playing guitar at age seven. He walked away from a scholarship to the prestigious Berklee School of Music, moving with his band Chumbi from the East Coast to the West Coast, finding success in the Bay Area. He honed his craft when it was considered cool to be a lead rock guitar player, and incorporating the outrageous into his performance came naturally. After years on the rock music scene, Em K decided to play solo guitar and began playing classical pieces, but with a distinctive rock-inspired approach.

A child prodigy of the great Japanese pianist, Yoshiko Shiga, pianist Angela Takeishi began playing classical piano when she was 4 years old, performing Beethoven's Pathetique Sonata in concert at age 9 in New York City. After moving to Napa Valley in 1998, she has been successfully performing at special events, including weddings and corporate function at wineries and special events venues in Napa Valley.
